Please use one of the following means as a way of doing business with our offices while we all wait out these difficult times.

  • Please call our office for assistance - most of our business can be handled via phone

    • Killeen office - 254-690-3311​

    • Copperas Cove office - 254-547-3311

    • You may also contact your agent directly by calling their cell phone (check agent page here for that number)

  • Check online for owner and tenant portals to make payments and check on status of properties/make repair requests/get documents

  • If you need to make a payment and cannot do so online, use our dropbox in the Killeen office, call in to our offices to use a debit/credit card on the telephone, mail the payment in to our Killeen or Copperas Cove office or call for other options.

  • If you would like to check out a key to a VACANT rental property please call our office to set an appointment.

Cloud Real Estate takes the well being and safety of our clients, customers, community and staff very seriously.  Amid the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus or COVID-19, we want to ensure your real estate needs are met and you have options on how to conduct your ongoing business transactions with us during this time.  

1st - we are open our normal hours and will continue to operate throughout this ever changing environment.  We have taken the following preventative measures as a precaution for the safety of our customers and staff:

  • Hand-sanitizers have been placed near the entrances and exits at each of our branches.

  • Commonly touched surfaces such as door handles are disinfected on a regular basis.

  • Staff members and agents have been advised to stay home if they are sick or high risk.

  • We encourage all of our staff to wash their hands frequently.

  • We are continually monitoring information published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and in the event that additional precautionary measures are needed, we have contingency plans in place that will enable us to continue to operate.

2nd - we want to make sure you have multiple options to conduct your business in the event you wish to reduce your exposure to other people

  • Buyers/Sellers

    • To reduce the risk of community spread, we are encouraging meetings via phone and video.  ​

    • In person appointments are available by appointment and confirmation of symptom free parties on all sides.

  • Property Owners of Rental Properties

    • If you normally come into the office to conduct business please know you have other options.  ​

    • Appointments can be made to be conducted via video meeting or phone.  

    • If you need to make a payment please try using your online owner portal or calling in to use a credit or debit card payment.  You may also mail in or use our dropslot.  

    • If you need to drop something off, please call our office, pull into a parking spot and we will come to your car and get it from you.

    • Copies of documents are available in your owner portal

  • Tenants of Rental Properties

    • If you normally come into the office to conduct business please know you have other options.  ​

    • All lease signing appointments and other appointments will be done via video meeting or phone.  

    • If you need to make a payment please try using your online tenant portal or calling in to use a credit or debit card payment.  You may also mail in or use our dropslot.  

    • If you need to drop a payment in person or something else off, please call our office, pull into a parking spot and we will come to your car and get it from you.

    • Copies of documents are available in your tenant portal.

    • Properties will not be inspected upon vacancy until a minimum of 72 hours once vacated as a precaution until COVID-19 situation has subsided.

  • Repairs and Vendors/Maintenance

    • All tenants will be asked upon work order call in if anyone in property has any symptoms or has been diagnosed with COVID-19.    All answers will remain private.

    • All vendors assigned to work orders will be asked daily if they have any symptoms of COVID-19.  All answers will remain private but vendors will not be allowed in homes once they have identified as possible cases.

    • NON ESSENTIAL repairs may be put on hold until the current situation with COVID-19 has subsided.
